Skidpad - Basic skidpad for car testing

Just for car testing. Ugly as hell but functional.
Inner, medium, and outer banked circles, with customizable grips in surfaces.ini files.
4 brake testing strips. The fourth one goes from side to side of the banked circle.

Tried to improve the sense of speed.

- New textures for tarmac, grass, and landscape
- Added trackmap
- Added signs

Sorry, the track is meant to be used in practice mode (single or multiplayer) only, not for racing against the AI.

@Manish KC , just download the archive, open it, and extract the folder "skidpad05" in your local program files\steam\steamapps\assettocorsa\content\tracks.

something is wrong with the GPS data of the track. it appears as an oval, not circle
