What if you don't have *rFactor 2* in the path, you guys saying. Ex C:\Users\[yourname]\Documents\rFactor2\UserData\player\Settings\, but missing rFactor 2 ?
Can't install the skins cause off that !

You need to paste the file to your rFactor2 installation folder (example below)
D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\rFactor 2
