Skins not showing up in game.

I installed m00n5h1nerITA's CART 1992 skinpack but the skins won't show up in the game. I asked him for help but he had no idea. I tried scouring the internet for solutions but found nothing. Can anyone help me?

Try running the game config again, also check the detail levels in game. And the obvious - make sure mod is properly installed, lol.

I've tried fiddling with the graphics and the cars still don't show up.

There must also be a:
DefaultLivery="01.DDS"

pointing to the correct texture file.

If the veh files are correct but no teams are appearing in the menu my next thought is improper installation. This is a CART skinpack but a Porsche is showing in the screenshot.
