DiRT Rally Skins

I am used to using Rfactor and the like for doing things like car skins. And not sure if this game is at all moddable! But saw some great skins, do they replace the ones in the game or can you add loads of them?

Would like to use a few in Dirt Rally.

Is there a noobs guide for this, I don't like hacking around in game files that much, not my area of expertise so something simple and basic to follow would be great.

Never saw this one, sorry.

You won't be able to add skins in this, only replace. So basically you just overwrite existing skins.
There should be a step for step guide in most downloads here.
But a general rule is.
Steamfolder->steamapps->common->DiRT Rally->cars-> find the correct folder and replace the correct skin. Just remember which livery you replace (it says in the description of the skin you download what livery in replaces), and choose that in the game.
It will not show up in the menu, but it will show when you are on the stage
