hi there i was wondering if and how we can make skins for the doran's

i notice you guys have skins and i was going to make a skin for my team (if they like it)

but are we allowed to make skins for the league and also is there a template if possible i have a doran template from another doran mod but not sure if it works etc

just here for some simple answers

Only licensed teams have access to the templates and other league materials. So you will have to wait for STC admins to sort your access out
