PC2 Slipstream bug

Guy’s I’ve got a strange problem with pc2, coming out of a slipstream my engine begins to stoll for a moment, and can’t get past the car in front.

Sounds like you are hitting the rev limiter. Trying increasing the top gear ratio.

Still have the same bug, coming out of a slipstream engine stolls for a moment, and this happens when I get overtaken.
Very strange, I have no idea how to solve this? Advice please?
