You do not have CSP installed?

Then try deleting this file
./rmi_motopark/data/camera_facing.ini

I do not have it installed either, yet. I think it is just eye candy mostly, tracks and cars looks better??? It is not mandatory, but most of the new mods contain features that needs CSP to work correctly.
