Smallest USB controller or Arduino micro...

I need a USB controller for a button plate with only 6 digital inputs. I have a Zero Delay USB controller but it's too big. I need something that is less than 6 cm long. I have found the Arduino micro and clones like this, which are relly tiny. Now, is there a way to connect cables to it without soldering? Will it detect digital inputs without any software nor programming, just like my Zero Delay controller?

Check this one out, it may fit and seems to have nice specs.

The 5th photo from your link. Look at the pins, they usually have these little connectors to use them with cables like those
