SO, What is new in the 1.13.13 update tonight?

I happened to notice in game we are at 1.3.13 tonight, I dont see a release about whats in it?
~350mb so not content Im guessing, must just be bug fixes?

True! Normally I check there. But for some reason it wasn't there earlier when I looked.

Driver swaps are still a work in progress feature. Communities are using it but there are still bugs that can happen. I understand you can be frustrated but I hope you also understand the current state of things.

Cant say I really understand your post, Driver swaps are a mandatory part of the race from sprints onward, how is the use of them related to communities? (what does that even mean?)

Yes this is new @Eckhart von Glan , it was mentioned somewhere here in the update threads. I think the Team Parker Boatley skin for Scott Malvern is also new
