Sol doesn`t work

Hi everyone! I have some issues with sol planner. I buy rain fx and dowloan sol 2.2 but he doens`t wan`t to work.When I set sol 2.2 he automatically set to "sol" without 2.2. And I tried to install mod manually moving folder with sol into root folder. And I tried to unistall mod with solunistall.bat.
Someone help me!

Deactivate Microsoft Ondrive for your /Documents/Assetto Corsa/ folder.
Delete the weather_fx.ini both in /Documents/Assetto Corsa/cfg/extension/ and in /common/assettocorsa/extension/config/ and reinstall CSP.

Hmm I have one question for onedrive.
How to I deactivate him for this folder.
Second variant didn't help me too.
If I completely delete AC and re-install all again this should work?

If you read the install guide,

"With Sol 2.2 a new app manages dynamic weather – Sol Planner. Sol Planner only works, if “Sol 2.4” controller script is running."
