Sol: It's installed but not working

I have installed Sol 2.2.3 and its downloaded on CM, I can even se on weather FX that its toggled on. But when I go inte a practice lap it's not working, the texture is still the same as the base game. Even if I open up the sol tabs during the practice lap and chance settings ex. to ultra there is a flicker of the graphics but then returns to the base game graphics.

I have looked at a lot of videos but can't find anyone has had a similar issue. I have tried other mods ex. cars from Shutoko Revival Project they work, and the map. I've satt 5 hours trying to find the issue but just can't find it. Probably tried to reinstall Sol like 10 times (not sure). I have gone threw the files of the game and found no issue. Any ideas?

I also have problems with SOL 2.2.3., even if I set rain mode, the rain doesn't show up. I have already installed CSP 0.1.79

Rain only works with CSP preview version ... and this one is only available with Patreon.
Rain is not Sol but only paid CSP.

I solved it; I have been a Patreon supporter for 4 months already but I had forgotten to stick only to Ver 0.1.78.
