SOL question about Skies

I'm getting a white line across the horizon using Shader Patch 1.25.preview49, yes I could use the newer version, but I'm not sure that would fix it. It also doesn't happen at every track. Heres a Picture from Highlands.

After I've gone thru most of the tracks, it looks like the highland track is the only one that does this, anyone know why ?

Not sure what you mean or where it would go If I copied it.
