Some cars have arms some don't

Just drove F3 car, and while in onboard view, arms appeared briefly, then disappeared.

The engine doesnt support driver animations - we have elected to *hack* driver arms for some cars (namely F3, F-Classic & F-Reiza) because the steering wheel arrangement and angle allows that to work reasonably well. The other cars that dont have it is due to that solution not working well and giving *funky* looking arms.

As for the arms popping on and off, they are set to be visible only beyond a given minimum distance (for external and TV cameras only). If you are playing around with the default camera positions however you might cross that threshold and have them pop on and off.

OK, I give in, what am I doing wrong? Non of my cars have arms and I can’t see any option or file to enable them.
