Somebody who build AC tracks for money

Hi,i want to build a part of my city i live in and put in an assetto corsa map,is somebody who is creating tracks for money ?
I can offer 200eur/kilometer of urban city build according to google maps and street view.

There is (I'm not one) but a complete track is not going to be cheap. You're talking thousands of dollars, not hundreds.
