use cheat box and go to body parts, find Exaust on the list and click on it, this should teleport it to you, if it doesn't work go to fleetari's and do it. it sounds weird but it will appear there for sure. that how I recover parts and got the GT parts without having to find them. just make sure your infront of his shop then look around you for the part
