Sound Card/Transducer Wiring

Hi, I'm just putting together a 4 corner transducer set up and have a question about the wiring.

Attached is an image of my soundcard (USB connection) and mono cables (x4) to connect the soundcard to the 4 amplifier circuit boards I have. Do I plug one cable into each outlet (Front, Surround, Center/Bass, Back) and wire it to each circuit board? Or do I use stereo cables and only use the Front L/R and Back L/R?

Or will either work as long as I specify the channels in the software? I'll use Corners or Custom Channel Mapping on SimHub.
