F1 2010 Sound Problem

Hi I am new to the forum, I have the following problem:
sound in the race is as stutters. I have bought a 7.1 sound card brand ENCORE. but the problem persists in the same way. Algueña know why is that? I also tested the game with both software and other forms also do not know what else to do. sorry for my bad English

SOUND CARD: ENCORE 7.1 PCI. MAX AND SOUND IN VIA SOUND BOARD

Have you gotten rid of the option for that crapp Rapture stuff in the sounds menu?
