It's not legal (from rF2 actually), and it's got no road mesh for physics.

Oh, it's got mesh allright (updated recently by the way, though I don't know if that update made it to aforementioned reboot site) - actually the guy who does these old circuits rips puts some effort into adding mesh to his conversions, probably the only "ripper" who does so, with mixed results sometimes, but still.

Indeed it did... the version number didn't change. Nothing against the modder, I was talking about (an outdated version) of this track in particular.
