Spa Francorchamps faster AI by SE7en

Warning:
The mod in its current stage causes a lot of retirements. In a 22 lap race i did 10 of 20 cars got to the finish.
I haven't been able to solve the issue yet.

Description:
This mod changes the racing line of the ai, improving their lap times significantly.
The mod has been created and tested with the RSS Formula Hybrid X 2021 car. Other cars haven't been tested, but should work just fine.

- adjusted cornering speeds in Eau Rouge, No Name, Pouhon, Le Fanges and Stavelot
- fixed AI hitting the wall in turn 1 and 2 when side by side
- fixed AI jumping the inside kerb in turn 19 when side by side
