Specific numer of laps?

Hi everyone, I played gtr2 a lot of time ago, and recently I reinstalled the game to play with a friend, so I practiced in race weekends mode, that mode have the option to set the distance of the race in minutes and My question is it posible set a specific number of laps? or the game have a time race only?

Yes there is an option in main menu to switch between laps or time
