Spectator cameras @ 99% GPU?

I'm running dual GTX 570 in SLi. I've got the game dialed in where the video cards hover around 45% to 80% load. For some reason, when watching the spectator cameras live or in a replay, both cards jump to 99% load and cause the game to stutter. All other cameras only put a 45% load on the cards.
