I was noticing some flex in my rig under braking and went looking for bits to tighten. Unfortunately, my side mount seat brackets have both split in the front where it folds over to go flat. I just use about 60kg on my HE Sprints, so no crazy 200kg forces, just a weak spot in the design. They were just the cheapest seamount option from Sim-Labs but considering both sides split at the same spot, I am going to call it a flaw. One side is split about 2 inches and has bent. The other side is split about in inch and a half and is not really bent up yet. I ordered some Sparco mounts to replace them but may be worth checking for others who have Sim-Labs side mounts. This happened after a year of use.
