Cars Spring rates in suspensions.ini

Hello folks, been having an issue calculating what exactly the spring rates in suspensions.ini mean. I know they are calculated in N/mm but when I go to calculate the real life spring values (for my mod car) from kg/mm to N/mm it comes out with an absurdly low number: 85 n/mm. In-game, I'm running 36,000 n/mm. Am I an idiot or something, it doesn't seem very logical to me why this is happening.

suspensions.ini is in N/m and will have values like 30,000. setup is in N/mm and that's where you'll see a 30.

Also you can't directly use spring values, you need to calculate wheel rates.
