SRW-S1 Mounted to my G27 Base.
Lets start with dis assembly. Pretty simple. Small Phillips on the back side and the face plate comes right off. (****TIP FOR YA**** remove face plate upside down. It will keep the buttons In place)
The GUTS
Stock Paddle shifter's and Gas/Brake
Decided to use some Simple MDF for a test plate.
Test Fitting Stock Paddles
Everything bolted up fine, Now its time to make the real plate. The MDF was significantly thicker than it needed to be, So the Thin CF will bring the paddle's That much closer to your fingers. Again the MDF was for Mockup purposes only.
See the 4 Silver Dots. That is how I mount the wheel to the Plate. I used 4 3x6mm cap head screw's from my RC gear and Tapped the plate. CF actually holds threads Very well if you Tap it properly.
Plate and shifter's mounted, Now time for the wheel
Again u can see the 4 cap head screws in all 4 corners
And Done
