Hi,
im new to online league racing and i am confussed as to how i can join a league competition, i was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction??

First of all, here at RaceDepartment, there are all kinds of club and league events being organised. If you're new, the club events might actually be the best place to start, as others tend to offer advice there and the whole atmosphere is more informal.

Furthermore, here at RD you won't find advertisements for other leagues, but if you go to the ISI forum, they have a subforum with all kinds of leagues:
