William, I wasn't looking on the main Steam store page.
I have the game wishlisted and went straight to game's store page.
There is no info on when the sale expires on the game's store page.
Also, i wasn't sure if the dirt rally sale is part of the Steam winter sale or is it
a different type of discount with its own deadline...
Anyway, i see now the winter sale ends Jan 2nd, so i guess that's got to be it.

I don't know if you noticed but the Dirt "Collection" is only $3 more than just Dirt Rally.
On the plus side, I did see Dirt Rally at bundlestars.com at a low of $21 and change USD.
