MGP14 Steam won't launch MotoGP14

Hello guys. I have purchased MotoGP 14 today and after installing in via Steam the game will not launch.

I have checked and all .dll files are correct but When I click on the game in my steam library nothing happens.

I am running on Windows 7 x64
ATI Radeon R9 270X GPU
Intel i7 4x 3,35 GHz CPU

please help me since searching the problem on Google did not help.
