Steering hard

Hi,

First of all sorry for my bad English, I'm probably going to get the terms wrong.

I've restarted rFactor with my Thrustmaster T150.

My problem comes from the hardness of the steering.

If I put the FFB at 100%, the steering wheel is very hard to turn.

If I put it at 0%, the steering wheel turns without any force.

Is there a setting to have force feedback but without having this hard steering?
