In your Windows Control Panel -> wheel settings page make sure to tick the box that says something like "allow game to make adjustments" and check inside SCE -> Options -> Controls to set the option called "enable custom steering range" and set it to No.
Like that the game will automatically equip you with the real life steering wheel rotations and advised steerlock values.
First i believed what Logitech says about games having issues if the Profiler isn't running, but that's simply not true. For me the Profiler caused problems that are gone since i disabled it.
