Still learnig my Dash Info. Help Please!?

I guys. I'm returning after F1 2010. Yes i'm an old man now . I'm back because i discoverd ACC last sunday and i fell in Love. Still learnig to tweak everything and now i have a doubt that i can´t find answers anywhere on the internet. As usual i try to drive Cockpit Cam. And trying to get the HUD info to the minimum thinking that hoppefully that can improve CPU performance. Also the car dashbord as all the info i need. But...can anyone please explain to me what this grafic is and on what it will help me on?

Thanks in advance. Hoppe to be rated soon to be able to at least be accepted on multiplayer and to be as good as i think i was on F1 Series. Stay Safe!

Thanks for your reply. Just finished my 1st carrer race after one week. I was strugling (a Lot ) with wheel ajusts and FOV. But now that i spent actual time racing i realised that you're right. It's the Delta regarding your best lap on that particular race\event. Thanks again.
