Stock Car Extreme Doesn't want to start up anymore

So i had been playing some SCE today.
i had to go somewhere so i closed it and now it doesnt want to start up anymore.

i tried doing the integrity of game cache on steam and tried running the program in admin mode

when i click the game icon it appears in the task manager but after 20 seconds it will dissapear again.

HELP

That's strange. And there weren't any changes in your PC? No software updates - maybe your antivirus/firewall got a new update and it's blocking SCE?
