I enter into folder but doesn't show up in game???all others I enter show up, just not this one?

Need to rename it for our series to...
VehicleClassSetting="VSCCS4"

Ive attached the setup with the change here.

The Stock V8 has changed a lot with the latest update. I wouldn't use this setup anymore. Too much understeer.

@Nick Milton First line should read:
VehicleClassSetting="VSCCS4"
In Ferdinand's file, there is an extra space: VehicleClassSetting="VSCC S4"
Open this setup file with Notepad and remove this space, you should then be fine.

If you still have problem: save a setup file when you're on track with your VSCC car, exit the game and open this setup file to check the first line, and copy it over.
