strange connection problem assetto corsa

Hello to everyone,
i have a problem with assetto corsa and content manager. When i open it and try to search for a race, my connection (fastweb it) start to doesnt work for a while. Only some sites works but very slowly and after some try works. What can be? I thinked to the firewall of the router or windows 10 but everything seems good... Someone casn help me because everytime that i open it the wifi and the lan devices are unable to navigate... thanks
