Strange driver wrist angle

Has anybody else notice the strange wrist angle and bigger than normal scale hands in some driving views?
It's fairly evident in some of the smaller cars....Lotus etc...
Has anybody got a fix coming for that?

It's widely known but I haven't seen any official statements about addressing it.
