MGP19 Strange shimmering on tracks !

Hi any one getting a strange shimmering effect on tracks from a distance it looks like a blue glow if playing the San marino track its just buy the first Tissot named bridge and just beyond it , in fact i have had it on a few tracks any one help Thanks

It's only blue because it's reflecting the sky.
