Apps Strange sol issue

I have just installed the sol mod and its superb but I have a strange issue when steaming the game.
I am playing in vr and all is fine and the day/night transition is working find and no issues in my hmd but when I watch my steam as the transition starts the screen goes black then returns and its night then as transition starts again it goes black then reappears in daylight. I have tried streaming with obs and nivida geforce and same issue on both.
