F1 2018 Strategy 50% race messed up?

Saw a vid on youtube on monaco 50% race where i read in the comments that the frontrunners always go for 2 stops and arrive in the last positions because they act as if they re racing 100% race.
Thoughts?

I saw that aswell, but I´m pretty sure this will be fixed because it´s a game-/racebreaking bug...
