Street Tracks / Circuits - is there a LIST?

When I think "street racing" - I think - Monaco / Monte Carlo!

However, there are a lot of street tracks in older games, but I only remember some of my favorites like Surfers Paradise & love / hate @ Detroit.

I found some others on Steam Workshop, but I hope there are more, so please "remind" me of all the tracks that I probably missed or forgot!
