Stuck on Loading Modules

Stuck on Loading Modules.

Everything I tried, after reading websites and forums does not help, wiping modes, reinstalled Windows wiping out AC document, nothing helps. I installed several versions AC are not. instal additional programs svasta trying not. Is there any help?

Otherwise I play this game Offline

Did you install a graphic mod using SweetFx dxgi.dll ??
I and a friend of mine had the same kind of problem months ago .... and it lasted long before we could point this dll was the culprit.

Once this dxgi.dll out of the game ( using an older SweetFx with d3d11 dll ) the problem disappeared instantly.
