Subtle Gear Icon (future?)

I only have a sequential gear lever and paddles for changing gears. I also like to have the screen clear. I would love to see a little subtle gear indicator, like AC or Raceroom, just a circle with a gear number in it.
I understand I can use the hud but I don't think it looks great and the rev indicator distracts tooas I already have that on the dash.

Well I don't know of a solution except using a different overlay that you can edit to your own liking. Try this.
