Suggestion for the downloads

Downloads should have a ratings system and also mandate "tags".

e.g. for F1 2010, there are so many downloads, it's a bit overwhelming and many are similar to each other.

Rating systems are bad. They start arguments and turn a simple sharing thing into a competition. Look at No Grip, they have no rating system, but you can tell a good project by the comments.
RD has an 'of the year' thing, that's good enough
