Suggestion - Online Status

hello guys just a suggestion I had in mind. I don't know if this is already possible, but anyway..
Is it possible to show online status only to certain people, people I follow for example?
Because I want to show it to some people and at the same time, hide it from other people.
Something like this dropdown list would do

Don't know if it's possible to do but it would be a cool thing to have.

out of the box that isn't possible. doubt it we will implement this ourselves.

I put it in the maybe list, which is the 'wake with a morning to spare and some inspiration' list. no promises but not many barriers either.
