Super Soft tyres

I saw some people with SS tyres but I cannot seem to find them.

Is it a mod or only for specific vehicles / categories (I was driving a Mc 650s GT3 at the time)

if it’s a mod can someone point me in the right direction please

Not a mod, just specific to some cars like the 458 gt3, c7r, 911 rsr...
