Superkart AI is way too slow

I put 120% and they're still leaving far behind. There's been many updates but this hasn't been fixed.

The ai need a complete overhaul and per track/class calibration, until they figure out the bug that makes ai incapable of passing other ai....I find them pointless at this point and use another title for my AI racing.
