Hi everyone,

I wanted to tell something about the support I had last days from the company Racing Sim Studio.
They not pay me to post this.

I have bought the srs fantastic 4 power wind package in 2018 so my warranty was gone already. I used the product over the years and suddenly I had a problem with 2 fans that stopped working. So I contact SRS and in a few hours they already responded and helped me along the process to find the problem.
After a few emails, we found the problem and they told me they will send new cables for the 2 fans that are not working.

I appreciate how they supported me in this case.
And at least I can share this experience with you all to show there customer support!
Sorry if you have different experiences but this is how it was for me so 5 stars from me *****
