Yeeep I sweat and so does my butt, okay now thats out the way I noticed the sweat seeps into my racing chair, and over time this can become smelly. Anyone know a good product for seat cleaning/refreshing.

Get leather, it wipes off.
Other than that maybe a spray of Febreze and regular washes with an upholstery cleaners.

Well since we are down the "yukkiest" road now:
I searched for upholstery cleaner for my car and while doing that I read a lot about cleaning seats after you get a used car from old people who might have some 'problems downwards' which results in not so nice smelling seats and feet interior at the front
Anyway, two things are very good:
1. Sonax Foam cleaner: LINK Tested by myself and did a nice job against sweat, salt from kitesurfing at the coast, sun creme etc.
2. Steam Cleaners
I searched for upholstery cleaner for my car and while doing that I read a lot about cleaning seats after you get a used car from old people who might have some 'problems downwards' which results in not so nice smelling seats and feet interior at the front

Plastic wrap your chair like old folks do, sit on a micro fleece rag and wear some moisture wicking clothing.
As for cleaners try fabric pet odor remover if that doesn't work you may just have to bath it in tomato juice or light it on fire
Nothing like the smell of swass while simracing!
