Switch car in race

I have a question

how can I watch other drivers during the race?
or is that only possible via the pits monitor?

Ctrl + numpad 1/2/3
1 = previous car
2 = your car
3 = next car

Afaik this works while you're on track (closing the pit overlay by hitting the wheel icon).
Maybe it works in the pits too but there you can just click on the driver's names.
I'm not sure if that works while you are racing as your car would become a risk but start the race, go back to pits and hit the wheel icon and you should be able to jump around

At any time press ctrl + numpad 1 or 3 to cycle through the other cars , ctrl + numpad 2 to go back to your car.

It's best to do it when you're in the pits so your car is in a safe place that's not causing problems for drivers on track. If you're in the main menu screen where you can see the list of drivers you can click on a driver's name to follow their POV but you don't get any telemetry so you can't see what they're doing. By using the number pad method from in the pits then you can see their telemetry so you know what speed/gear they're taking certain turns at.
