T300rs :Another Complainant?

Hey guys,,for T300rs owners, is this normal(on video)? If it's not then I'm another unhappy customer.Noise is stronger when turning wheel to left. It's coming from this(pic below, not my own), I opened it to check if there's any loose parts but is from it. I bought this in February 2016 replacing my G27 and now the grinding noise is getting more pronounced. I called Ricmotech today and told them about the issue and they told me I have to sent this back to Thrustmaster.

Been there, it's a candidate for RMA replacement. At least that's what they did with mine.
So yeah, you do have to send it back to TM, but shouldn't be a problem getting a brand new one in return.
