T500 Key Layout Template

Is anyone on here good with .PDF's and can create something like this G13 template but for my T500 (include all the various T500 Layouts, F1 etc)?

I have these for all the games I play in one of those clear A4 binder wallets that is stuck to the wall just in front of me, I just bring the one I need to the front, would be great if I could add one for the T500 and G25 which I also have and I'm sure people would also find useful
