Tajo Hillclimb - Traffic Add-On?

Just downloaded the Tajo Hillclimb Road. Not a racetrack, but a great road to drive, especially with the Sol mod.

Just wondering whether anyone has gotten the "traffic" add-on to work? (ie - the one mentioned in the readme file). I made a donation which entitles me to the add-on, but I haven't seen or received any instructions on where to download/install the add-on from.

Can anyone help me out with this?
